We are a family section hiking the AT. It is myself, my husband and our now 9 year old son. We started in Georgia at Springer Mountain on spring break(April) of 2008, and we have gone out for each spring break since and this is our second summer hiking for the entire month of June.So this is where we are after those efforts, in the lodge at Big Meadows in the Shenandoah National Park where I found this nest little site through Obi -wan and Kooper's FB page.
