- TrailPhone.net is not responsible for any costs incurred by its users trying to access the service including telephone fees, internet access fees, etc.
- Audio updates are made available to anyone accessing TrailPhone.net by telephone, the web, or other mediums.
- You agree to refrain from posting audio updates containing hate speech or spam.
- You agree not to intentionally provide TrailPhone.net with false mile mark or audio data.
- TrailPhone.net is not responsible for providing users with accurate mile mark or audio data.
- Attempts to hack, disable, misuse trailphone.net will not be tolerated.
- You retain the copyright for any audio updates you post to trailphone.net, and agree to release your audio under a creative commons Attribution Noncommercial ShareAlike license, which allows anyone to share and remix your audio as long as they give credit both you and trailphone dot not, as long as they do not reuse your post for commercial purposes, and as long as they re-release any derivative works under the same creative commons license.
- TrailPhone.net reserves the right to delete audio updates and hiker accounts at anytime for any reason.
